Desktop Support Technician – Short-Term Project (FiDi NYC)
We are seeking a Desktop Support Technician to assist with a large-scale hardware deployment in our Financial District office in NYC. This short-term project involves imaging and configuring approximately 500 new machines, with the potential to extend into a longer-term support role.
Responsibilities:

Image, configure, and deploy 500 new desktops/laptops.

Install standard applications, updates, and security patches.

Provide desk-side setup and initial troubleshooting.

Document deployment progress and issues.

Work closely with IT staff to ensure smooth rollout.
Qualifications:

2+ years of experience in desktop support or IT technician roles.

Experience with Windows OS imaging and deployment tools (SCCM, MDT, or similar).

Knowledge of Active Directory and basic networking.

Strong attention to detail, reliability, and communication skills.
