Technical Program Manager

GenAI Governance & Responsible AI

• Lead cross-functional AI intake, evaluation, approval, and escalation processes

• Partner with Legal, Privacy, and Security teams to assess AI use cases and vendor risk

• Design and implement scalable frameworks to support responsible and compliant AI adoption

AI Vendor Strategy & Commercial Management

• Manage AI vendor engagements from proof-of-concept through contracting and enterprise rollout

• Collaborate with Finance and Legal on negotiations, risk assessments, and security reviews

• Oversee vendor utilization, cost governance, performance tracking, and expansion planning

• Build and maintain strong relationships with strategic AI partners

Agentic Commerce & Platform Integrations

• Drive integrations with major AI platforms, including conversational agents, AI-driven search, and AI-assisted checkout experiences

• Align Engineering, Payments, Analytics, Risk, and Customer Experience teams to ensure launch readiness

• Manage rollout plans, partner dependencies, and executive communications

• Navigate product and platform tradeoffs across multiple external ecosystems

• 8+ years of experience in Technical Program Management or a comparable role

• Demonstrated success leading complex, cross-functional technical initiatives

• Strong understanding of AI/ML systems, APIs, and platform integrations

• Experience managing AI or technical vendor contracts

• Excellent executive-level communication and stakeholder management skills

• Comfortable operating in high-visibility, ambiguous environments

Preferred Experience

• Background in eCommerce, marketplace, or payments environments

• Experience collaborating with large technology platform partners

• Exposure to AI governance, compliance, or privacy frameworks

• Experience in territory management or strategic partnerships

This is not a traditional Technical Program Management role. While there may be opportunities to support broader cross-functional initiatives, the primary focus is ownership and stewardship of the AI portfolio.

• Emerging agent ecosystems

• Executive-level program leadership
