Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end project delivery across multiple concurrent initiatives, including:
- VDI (Virtual Desktop Infrastructure) implementation and migration
- End User Computing (EUC) device refresh and deployment projects
- Conference room builds including AV and Unified Communications integration

Dashboard/reporting tool implementation (e.g., Adobe dashboards)

Manage project timelines, budgets, deliverables, and vendor coordination

Engage with senior stakeholders across different business units to ensure alignment and visibility

Drive process improvement initiatives using structured, ITIL-aligned methodologies

Oversee demand management efforts across a diverse technology landscape

Collaborate with a mixed team of full-time employees and consultants
Qualifications

5+ years of project management experience within IT infrastructure or workplace technologies

Strong understanding of ITIL principles and process-oriented project delivery

Demonstrated experience managing VDI rollouts and EUC deployments

Hands-on involvement with conference room technology implementations , including AV and UC platforms (Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Cisco, etc.)

Strong communication skills and comfort working with executive-level stakeholders

Ability to manage multiple high-visibility initiatives simultaneously

Available to start quickly and work in a hybrid onsite/offsite capacity
