Requirements
• 3+ years of experience delivering IT, systems, or application training to professional or corporate users
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles and multiple training delivery methods (1:1, small group, large group)
• Ability to translate technical concepts into clear, practical guidance for non-technical audiences
• Experience onboarding new employees and providing ongoing, role-based technical training
• Strong facilitation, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills
• High level of customer service orientation and professionalism
• Comfort training senior professionals and adapting communication style to different audiences
• Proficiency with Microsoft productivity tools (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
• Experience creating and maintaining training materials such as guides, presentations, and job aids
• Exposure to learning management systems for scheduling, tracking, or managing training content (preferred)
• Experience creating training videos or e-learning content using tools such as Camtasia, Articulate, or similar (preferred)
• Ability to quickly learn new software and adapt training materials accordingly
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to improving end-user productivity
• Ability to collaborate with IT teams and business stakeholders to align training with operational needs
• Reliable onsite availability multiple days per week during standard business hours
