Ability to gather business requirements and translate them into effective NetSuite solutions

Proven experience troubleshooting and resolving complex NetSuite functional issues

Experience acting as a senior escalation point for NetSuite-related problems

Ability to manage and optimize day-to-day NetSuite system performance and stability

Experience coordinating with external vendors, consultants, or technical resources

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Excellent communication skills across technical and non-technical stakeholders

Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
