We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Data Analyst to support our data and business intelligence team. This entry-level role will focus on building and maintaining Tableau dashboards, assisting in data preparation, and supporting reporting needs across various departments. Key Responsibilities:

Build and update Tableau dashboards to visualize KPIs, business trends, and operational data.

Assist in data gathering, cleansing, and validation to ensure accurate reporting.

Work closely with senior analysts and data engineers to support business reporting needs.

Analyze structured datasets using SQL and Excel to generate insights.

Help maintain and improve recurring reports and automated data workflows.

Document data definitions, processes, and dashboard usage for cross-team reference.

Communicate findings and visualizations in a clear and user-friendly way.

Ensure data privacy and compliance standards are followed when handling sensitive information.

Bachelor’s degree (or in progress) in Data Analytics, Information Systems, Business, or related field.

Some experience with Tableau or another BI tool (personal projects or coursework welcome).

Basic understanding of SQL and ability to work with relational databases.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, lookups, formulas).

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Clear communication skills and a willingness to learn new tools and technologies.

Ability to manage time effectively and multitask on reporting deadlines.

Exposure to Python, R, or data visualization libraries is a plus.

Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) or version control tools like Git is a bonus.
