Job Title: IT Support Technician (Entry-Level)

Work Arrangement: Fully Onsite (Monday–Friday)
Overview
We are seeking an IT Support Technician with 1+ year of hands-on experience to provide fully onsite technical support in a professional office environment. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity with strong long-term growth potential within a structured IT organization.
Key Responsibilities
• Provide onsite desktop support for end users (hardware, software, peripherals)
• Troubleshoot Windows 10/11 operating systems
• Support Microsoft 365 applications (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, etc.)
• Perform basic Active Directory user administration (password resets, account setups)
• Configure, deploy, and image laptops and desktops
• Support printers, conference room technology, and basic connectivity issues
• Assist with onboarding and offboarding of employees
• Document tickets and resolutions in ticketing system
• Escalate complex issues to senior technicians or system administrators
Qualifications
• 1+ year of professional IT support experience
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Experience supporting users in a Windows-based corporate environment
• Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
• Familiarity with Active Directory and Microsoft 365
• Ability to work fully onsite, Monday–Friday
• Strong troubleshooting skills and eagerness to grow
Nice to Have
• Experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow, Jira, etc.)
• Experience supporting conference room AV systems
• CompTIA A+ or similar certification
